Kilcullen town, community awards.

Thanks to everyone in the Kilcullen community, for our award received last Friday night, it is great to receive something back from the community, our award was given to us as a club for developing the club and accommodating so many local young players, and bringing it from being quite a small club in a small town to where it is today, we now have over 190 club members now, and about 25 managers helping each team, week in week out, it is indeed a great local resource, and with a small committee such as ours running things, it is a nice thank you from the Kilcullen community. Also we as a club are always looking for help and support, if anyone out there feels they can help in any way, there are jobs in the back round that people rarely notice being done, grass cutting, painting the lines on the pitches, keeping an eye on the club house, managing a team or assisting a manager with a team, running the shop, ordering the kit for the teams, the list goes on and on, so if you ever feel like you can help, please contact us on admin@kilcullenafc.com. As they say “alot done, alot more to do” Thanks,...

Managers and Parents, please note.

Hi managers, Can all managers beware of the following when we play at home or away the managers, the players and the parents are representing our club Kilcullen AFC. Its important to remember that its underage football in kildare, that the players are only kids and are there to learn and most of all have fun thats why they want to play. The ref is human and will make mistakes, but must be respected at all times no matter what, as the league will not accept any abuse towards the ref. Final no parent must enter the pitch during a game no matter happens unless they are asked. Good luck today, Thanks The Football...
